Job Overview

As the Sales Training Manager, you would work with the Sales Department, to train highly effective sales personnel. The position involves working closely with the sales team members to track progress and achieve sales targets and goals.


  • Improve the overall sales skills of the team and drive better sales processes and outcomes.
  • Drive the sales team’s success by continually training new hires and existing sales team members.
  • Design and implement a training and orientation concept and plan for the Sales team.
  • Leverage the CRM tools (like Salesforce etc.), prepare sales activity reports, and organize necessary follow-up actions.
  • Develop and publish company-specific training material for the sales team.
  • Engage in one-on-one reviews with the sales team members to maximize performance.
  • Strategize and implement new and innovative training methods.
  • Collect, interpret, and analyze training records and data to monitor progress and determine the effectiveness of the training.
