Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The sales coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and collaborating with our channel partners to accelerate business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to facilitate the sales process, including but not limited to preparing sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
  • Liaise effectively with channel partners to ensure alignment on sales strategies and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management in Salesforce.
  • Assist in the coordination of sales events, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, and preparing sales reports.
  • Act as a point of contact for sales inquiries
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and industry trends.

Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field such as Marketing or Business Administration.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales coordination or sales support role.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
