Job Overview

As the Regional Sales Manager you will own and execute a strategic vision and regional plan that supports growth in Australia. You would have overall responsibility for all aspects of the business, growing and retaining the client base, and playing a critical role in building and managing client relationships across the region. This is a senior role, and the ideal candidate is expected to be a key senior leader in the region and play a significant contributing role in developing strategy, input into growth plans and go into market execution.

The Sales team drives revenue across iLearningEngines’ customers in the region. The role also requires working across the Organization (with Marketing, Products, Research & Development, and the Implementation & Support teams).

Responsibilities

  • Drive the Sales team’s success and deliver the team’s opportunity creation and revenue goals
  • Drive pipeline growth across accounts, ensure accurate reporting of leads, pipeline, activities, forecasts, and network development.
  • Enhance sales and maximize revenue for the Organization, own and execute the strategy for incremental business.
  • Strategize and develop plans for new relationships, build, maintain and nurture long-lasting customer relationships.

Ideal Candidate

  • 10+ years of proven success across sales and leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated history of driving revenue in an enterprise software environment, preferably with experience of LMS or education-based solutions.
  • Demonstrated history as a Sales Director / Manager with the capability of building and executing on a strategy to drive accelerated growth.
  • Proven track record of engaging and navigating large / complex enterprise organizations.
  • Understanding of learning and engagement initiatives from customers across key industries.
