Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Manager to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy to drive engagement, awareness, and sales goals. They will play a key role in shaping our brand identity, creating compelling content across various channels, and managing customer communication effectively.


  • Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Create and execute a content plan encompassing a wide range of content types and create diverse content, including web/email writing, case studies, and sales material.
  • Optimize content for SEO and leverage AI for content creation.
  • Utilize strategic thinking to identify opportunities for content creation and distribution, such as interviews, podcasts, and other emerging platforms.
  • Lead initiatives for brand positioning and new product messaging, including overseeing the development of a new website.
  • Collaborate with internal and external content creators to develop high-quality content, providing guidance and feedback as needed.
  • Manage customer communication and collaborate closely with Partners.

Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field such as Marketing, Communication or Business Administration.
  • Proven experience in content strategy, creation, and management.
  • SEO skills and proficiency in website/email writing.
  • Technical writing expertise and knowledge of AI.
  • Interest in and awareness of how AI is transforming the content management landscape, with a willingness to embrace emerging trends and technologies.
  • Ability to manage customer communication and collaborate effectively.
